I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day.

พนักงานไม่มีอัธยาศัย ไม่อธิบายเกี่ยวกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม ห้องน้ำในห้องพักชั้น1เหม็นมากก กลิ่นโชยออกมาหน้าห้อง พอขอเปลี่ยนห้องเจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าชั้นอื่นห้องเต็ม มีแต่ชั้น1ที่ยังพอว่าง จึงเปลี่ยนห้องก็ยังมีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำส่งกลิ่นเหม็นเหมือนเดิมรวมทั้งสภาพพื้นห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดมีฝุ่นและมีหยากไย่ตามมุมและเพดานห้อง

1.เข้าระบบมีห้องว่าง 5 ห่อง จองผ่านระบบแล้ว โรงแรมโทรมาบอกห้องเต็มแล้ว พอบอกจะร้องเรียน จึงขอตรวจสอบซักพักบอกมีห้อง 2.รีโมททีวีไม่มีให้แจ้งไปก็หาไม่เจอ 3.ไปเจอห้องพักมีการซ่อมแซมห้องน้ำ สกปรก เลอะเทอะ ต้องรอทำความสะอาดอีกครึ่งชั่วโมง
