The A/C needs to be cleaned often or the mold affects my hubby. The left burner on the stovetop didn’t work. Unit was CLEAN, cute, comfortable & functional. The service was great & helpful. 「Clean room, easy check in process, great property with great pool and little beach area to see turtles. We were on the third floor and had to carry all our suitcases up the flights of stairs but being able to see the whales off the Lanai every morning was worth it 」

「Our tranquil stay at Lahaina Shores was epic! From the o so comfortable bed, to the magical ocean steps from our lanai, we were in heaven. "员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
