“I love Annabelle Gardens. I've stayed there numerous times over the years whenever I need lodging in Lincoln, NE. The staff is absolutely the best. The units feel like home. The grounds are well-kept, and the gazebo in the common area is fantastic for hanging out in nice weather.”

“There was no ice bucket or coffee maker. The first unit that gave to us we walked in , and the bathroom was flooded. They quickly gave us a different room and you had to really push the door to get in because it was rubbing and the lock would not catch unless you lifted the door. The next day when we return to our room our card key didn't work. She called the site worker who ruined down the hall from us and he fixed the lock right away. The worst part was we were there for 3 days and the……

“I basically like this line of hotels, and this visit was no exception- great location, friendly staff, modern feel to the facility. I had a meal in their restaurant and it was very good. However, this particular property needs some TLC; the building seems a bit run down, they seemed to be facing elevator functionality issues during my stay, and there was a leak in my bedroom due to the rain outside. I would visit other Graduates again, but I would not stay here again.”

“When we checked in the staff at the desk was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable although it did kind of tilt toward the head. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing that would have been better is if it was a walking shower instead of a tub and if the mini fridge had a freezer. I appreciated that there was shampoo conditioner and body wash available And that there was green space for us to walk our dog. The bathroom was spacious. The only other thing……
