Staying in an inn built in the 1700's was a unique privilege. Mark and Brenda are gracious hosts, and I enjoyed chatting with them. The room was comfortable and homey, and the cost was reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I also enjoyed meeting the other guests. I hope to stay there again.

The innkeepers were wonderful and so helpful and kind. They helped us get our luggage upstairs because of my husband's bad knees. The room was amazing and comfortable. It is the first time I have slept on an authentic rope bed from the 1700's. It was restored beautifully. What relaxing surroundings in the country!

This beautiful old bed and breakfast was a joy to stay at. The owners make you feel right at home immediately, and we felt welcomed from the first moment we arrived. There was fresh cake in the drawing room along with a variety of teas. Breakfast is served family style, and the food was amazing! We hope to return again.

My husband and I loved our stay at the Brownstone Colonial Inn. Our hosts were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They clearly love what they do. This is a beautiful bed and breakfast with clean comfortable rooms. We enjoyed a family style breakfast and conversation with the hosts and the other people staying at the inn. We also received great recommendations on places to visit and eat. We will definitely keep the Brownstone Colonial Inn in mind should we return the Pennsylvania for another visit.

My husband and I love everything about the Brownstone. The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. They sincerely want your stay to be wonderful and memorable. The house and rooms and bathrooms are all very clean and inviting. The breakfast is out of this world! All thoughtfully prepared and also homemade. The owners are very attentive to your needs. They are very flexible as well. They provide hot and cold beverages in the living room as well as homemade cookies. This is our second time there and it was just as good as our first stay. We plan on returning again and again! Highly recommended the Brownstone Colonial Inn!

What a blessing to find this beautiful historic place in northern Lancaster County. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the care in restorations was evident. Breakfasts were filling and delicious. The thing we enjoyed most was the wonderful conversations around the table with the hosts and other guests.
