「We were welcomed with fresh eggs and bread. Melissa was amazing to work with and anything that came up. She addressed quickly. It was on beautiful piece of property, access was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer but everything is well kept for a 200 year-old house! It was the experience I wanted our family to have!」

「We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2025 and really enjoyed our stay at this property. The other reviews are right, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than we expected. The bedrooms were very clean -- all the bedsheets and pillowcases were clean and smelled freshly laundered. We also appreciate that this property was NOT pet friendly; we hope it remains this way and look forward to returning in the future.」

「We had a lovely time at Olivia House! We were two families traveling with 5 children ages 9-13. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek and it was nice they could share one big bedroom together. The living rooms were perfect for the kids to have one and the adults have the other. Wanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!」
