“Staff was friendly. But I had reserved a king non smoking on the low level but when I got there in order to get a low level I had to take a smoking room which since I wanted the low level I chose to take it.Room was ok not the cleanest ad the ac leaked but it worked. We left and came back and seen a cockroach. We killed it lol but when we left the second night our room key was deactivated so we had to get it activated again. But we will never stay here again. Hotel ok if its your last resort.”

“Nice place to lay your head for the night and thats about it. Maybe after renovations it will be better”

“All of the above! A+”

“The breakfast and coffee were very good”

“Shower had several hairs on sides and in bottom of tub. Bathroom did not appear to get cleaned between stays.”

“What an absolute treat this place is. It's pricey, but worth every penny. Completely gorgeous resort, with lovely rooms, on site restaurant and also outdoor pub, and beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. Food was fantastic, though not cheap. Lots of onsite activities to keep busy, especially for kids, such as a putting green, ladder ball, cornhole boards, and even a small frisbee golf course. We loved every minute of our stay, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“There was an awful odor in the lobby and hallway! It gave me a headache!!The room had big stains on the ceiling, the rug was dirty, light didn’t work, outlet in the wall was hanging. It wasn’t as it appears on the website at all. The bath tub was all scratched on the floor. I would never recommend staying there! Totally overpriced and I didn’t think I committed to that price and not one person cared to help in that matter. Never a manager around!!”

“Best day we’ve ever had definitely will come back again”

“Very disappointed to find unidentifiable stains on the sheets and what appeared to be pubic hair on them as well. Reservations indicated free continental breakfast but second morning there was only leftovers from the day before. I questioned why there was not a fresh breakfast as the previous morning only to be told that the truck didn’t come. Totally unacceptable for all, for the price I was charged.”
