"Het was verschikkelijk. Wij hebben de eerste nacht geen oog dicht gedaan. Lawaai op de gang en tabaksgeur kwam ons kamer binnen (zonder ramen overigens). Door allergie kreeg ik een ontsteking in mijn oog. De volgende ochtend vertrok ik per direct naar een andere hotel want het was gewoon niet te doen. Hopelijk neemt Hotels.com contact op met mij want ik heb nog geen manier gevonden om een klacht in te dienen en/of een refund aan te vragen. De mevrouw van de receptie gaf ons aan dat het hoe dan...
