"Average clean room, nothing special. Not close enough to shops and amenities. The air-conditioning is not powerful, it won’t drop below 20. On hot Taipei days, this is really insufficient. We called the front desk for pillows that weren’t flat and were told that he couldn’t get us any then but will the next day. We heard nothing more. Three of the four pillows were extremely flat, which means they were either very very old and used, or they were just poor quality pillows. Not up to any hotel standard. Will not stay here again."

"Our room had a beautiful view of the road and the tree line. The buffet was delicious with great variety. This hotel is attached to a mall so it can get busy. There were a lot of people there for business and for weddings."

"Good location and helpful front staff. However, the hotel is definitely dated. Odd that there are no USB slots nor outlets on the nightstand area."

"Friendly staff, clean and well kept property. Love the Sky Garden! They have made recent improvements so it's an even nicer place to relax and take in the view of the mountains. "

"The bathrooms could generally do with some upkeep and cleaning. Getting a taxi through the hotel was also confusing and the staff wasn't super helpful. I also had friends staying in another room that had a shower leak into their room and damage their luggage. Also the whole property smells like smoke."
