Stay was great. 1 or 2 areas could have done with a better clean but overall the house was good. The issue we had was dealt with within 30 minutes which was really good. Would definitely stay again.

Great location
The house is located 5 mins from the beach and main street but is still very peaceful. The pool is clean and during our stay we were the only people who used it. Overall great value for money and we will hopefully stay again soon.

Excellent stay
Had a really great stay, property as described. Close to shops and bars. Couldn’t get the TV to show English channels but didn’t contact property owner for support (not a massive issue to us). Would definitely stay here again!

Very secure house in good location
What’s good is this house has very good security, decent bathrooms on both levels, has a safe, great privacy. The main thing is Lanzarote is such a great place to visit, and this location is pretty good. So all ended well. We really enjoyed our hols we just had to get used to not having some home comforts. Luckily the house is close to a great beach so we went there. Not so good the communal residential pool wasn’t used that I could see, awful sun loungers and no atmosphere. Sun terrace on house roof gets marginal sun and no sun in garden, pity. House could do with bedside lamps and table lamp and a coffee table, offers little no comfort. These are repeated complaints that no one does anything about. There’s very poor communication with local help. I never got to see any UK TV despite being told I could, so I gave up messaging about it after 3 days. It wasn’t the WiFi fault, no Netflix, even though it’s a smart tv. Had to just change language on some Spanish channels. Disappointing!

Wonderful relaxing holiday
We have stayed at this property previously and will hopefully do so again. The private terrace although small, is adequate for 2 to sunbathe. Comfortable bed.

Very poor value for the price charged for this property id 6820739
Found the property lacking in a lot of basic amenities. On arrival it was very cold with no heating. Beds felt very damp. No instructions for anything eg, Wifi, no English TV Channels, only 1 teatowel, no kitchen hand towels, no pads for sunbeds and chairs, no table outside to eat on. The sun roof was very small and on a 45degee slope . Entrance Door was extremely stiff to operate and lock, handle was very loose (unsafe). Double Glazing on doors needed replacing. The stairs were curved and difficult to climb the fitting of a hand rail is really needed. The downstairs shower tray leaked copiously when showering. There was only one power point in the kitchen area. No local information , eg a map would have been helpful (it was like a maze) The local contact was very nice but did not understand our concerns . Only stayed 2 nights it was making us that depressed we left and booked into a hotel, so that the holiday was not completely ruined It turned out to be a very expensive holiday. Be very aware of the reviews . We have booked through Owners Direct many times and never had such a terrible accommodation.

Disappointing!
The main reason my wife and I chose this property was for the "private roof terrace which gets sun all day". Yes it was private but most of it was in shadow and the bit that wasn't was on a 45 degree slope. You could get sunshine between 11 and 12.30 if you stood up against the front gate so if you are going for sunbathing this is not the place for you. The housekeeping was non-existent except for the girl who came on the middle Friday to change the towels so we had one bath and one hand towel each per week; no clean bed linen for the fortnight we were there (we solved this by moving to the twin room for the second week). The cleaners didn't appear until the morning we were leaving. The property is very basic and the decor quite depressing if you have to spend any amount of time indoors. On the plus side the two shower rooms are well appointed and the location is good; close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

Good central location but set back from the front to be nice and quiet.
Located about 1/4 mile east of the harbour towards the centre of the main strip but far away enough to be quiet! We, two of us had it for 8 weeks. The house is two bedroom and is posted as "sleeps 6", the 6 would need to be very tolerant! The kitchen was sparsely equipped, we had to buy extra cups, glasses and dishes etc. There is a kettle but it's a two cup travel type! The rooftop sun terrace is small 4 max and the front ground patio is north facing. It could use a patio table we had to carry out the main table to eat outside! The pool is located at a central area about 50 mtrs behind the property. It had two sun beds and three chairs and no shades! The Cleaner came each Friday morning and was very good. There are some small, expensive, Spar shops locally and a Lidil 1/3 of a mile. Lots of local bars and restaurants of various grades nearby! We had issues with both the water supply and Internet service whilst there but in fairness they were sorted very promptly once the owner was notified. There is a washing machine, you will need two things to use it, a sense of humour and to watch your fingers!!!!! It's a bit short on pillows and bedding! Not great value for money !

Great place to stay
We stayed here over new year its a great 2 bedroomed villa the weather wasn't the best so we never used the pool but we had a look and it was lovley and very clean. The villa is in a brilliant location right in the middle of the resort a few minutes walk from the seafront. The villa had everything you need it was very nice and it was very clean. We will definitely be returning to this property in the near future.

Clean & private detached property
Myself and my husband have just returned from a week's stay at this property. The house was very clean and had all the usual requirements (but still no kettle as yet). The housekeeper apparently visits once a week, however no one came whilst we were there, but this maybe because we were only there for a week and he/she had obviously already been before we arrived. There is a short walk down a hill to the main street and the beach. There are many bars, restaurants and supermarkets in close proximity. A car would only be required if you wished to travel elsewhere on the island, as the airport is about 20 minutes away by taxi. The roof terrace is quite small, but fits 2 sun loungers comfortably. It is very private for sunbathing all day. The owner was easy to contact and always replied promptly to any enquiries. We definitely plan on returning to this property and have already recommended it to friends. Donna & Pat - Birmingham

Great House
A well kept and spacious house. Well equipped for cooking and cleaning but just missing a kettle! Communication with owner during booking process was very good. Good communal pool area which we found to be lovely and quiet. Very close to all amenities, and sea front we would defiantly stay here again.

Lovely house with enough requirements for a holiday stay
Very central location with old town about 7 minutes walk away. Small grocery store at the bottom of the road and larger ones not far away. For a holiday let large bedrooms and bathrooms which make for comfortable living. Lovely veranda out the front where it is lovely and cool on a hot day in out of the sun. Roof great if you want full sun during the day or very enjoyable late evening to watch the sun go down. Wi-Fi excellent. Very clean. 2 of us stayed. Plan on heading back as lovely area, quiet and secure yet just 200 meters from the beach.

Schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Häuschen in perfekter Lage, sehr ruhig, gute Kommunikation vor Anreise und vor Ort, schnelle Hilfe, perfekte Lage sowohl zum Strand als auch Nachtleben !! Nachteilig ist etwas, dass die Hauptterasse (im Winter) keine Sonne hat, das obere Doppelbettschlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer zur kleinen Sonnenterasse ist, die wiederum leider keinen Platz zum Essen und Sonnenschirm hat

Maison très bien située. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied plage..restau..courses. La propriétaire est gentille et nous a permis d arriver un peu plus tôt en fonction de notre vol. Pour les plongeurs idéal club parlant français à 5mn en voiture. Température idéale en avril eau à 18. A refaire

Puerto del Carmen, sehenswert
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und doch sehr zentral. Zur Playa, mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sind es ca 350 Meter! Alles dort ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, eine schöne Insel um dort Urlaub zu machen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

War 1 Woche in hier. Alles wie beschrieben. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das war sehr praktisch. Man brauchte zum Einkaufen kein Auto. Nur Parkplatz vor dem Haus oder in der Straße war immer ein Lotteriespiel. Komme aber gerne wieder.

We hebben fijne weken gehad in dit huis. Het huis ziet er fris en goed geschilderd uit De ligging is gunstig. We konden het prima warm maken. De slaapkamers waren gezellig met goede bedden. We konden zowel voor als boven in de zon zitten. Het is een knus huis. De ingang-deur is moeilijk. De TV alleen Spaans. De wasmachine niet gebruikt (handwas). Over de schoonmaak-service waren we heel tevreden.
