「Stayed over a three day weekend for ice fishing with friends. Fishing was slow but the cabin was great. Ample room for everyone to hang out together or have some down time alone. Definitely will consider staying here in the future. 」

「The property was amazing! We had lots of fun fishing and playing games in the yard along with having campfires. The house was as advertised and verily clean. They even went above and beyond to decorate for our twins’ golden birthday. Would highly recommend!!」

「This was a great property to stay at for a large group. Immediate lake access and large back yards for activities like bags, sitting around the fire, or tossing the football around. Grill on site is such a great plus and there are plenty of gas stations and small stores around if you need anything. Would definitely recommend and definitely gets 5 stars!」

「This was a great location for my brief stay in Lakewood. Would be great for families. Communication with owner was excellent.」

「This was our 16th annual family vacation and our second summer in a row there. We've never stayed at the same place twice but we enjoyed this place so much. Great home for a large group - well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a lot of people. Lots of lake toys available, outside games, trails, ice cream shops about 20 minutes away. We had four generations, 17 people ages 3-82.」

「Great location, great yard. Lots of water toys to play with. There was complimentary coffee, garbage bags, etc. So many things you normally forget to bring were already there. Communication and response time was excellent. 」

「We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful cabin right on the lake. The pictures did not do it justice, it was gorgeous and was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Access to the kayaks and pontoon was so great to enhance our stay. The owner met us upon check in and went through any questions we had, and stayed close to the property in case we needed help. Would love to book again. 」

「The cabin is cozy and comfortable and has all you need. The neighbors are nice and friendly. But the most important in the area is a nature with a peaceful lake and multiple birds sounds. Great fishing is a plus! Weather is amazing!」

「The house was impeccable! Courtney and Leif were extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. Our birthday milestone family trip at The White House could not have been better. From the fun yard games to the awesome basement setup, there is something for everyone to do. Not one complaint in our group of 14. We highly recommend this location as we will probably be making this location an annual destination for our family!! 」

「Had a larger group of friends looking to get together for a weekend in Lakewood. This property had plenty of parking and sleeping accommodations. The pictures don’t do it justice for how much room this place has.」

「So many good things to say. We rented this house to avoid family drama and to have a/c during these hot days. House was super clean and very comfortable for us. The Welcome book was great and had a lot of good info as well as very clear check in/check out procedures. The ATV trail was so close which made it very convenient for us to go for a ride.」

「If you love ATVing, white water rafting, relaxing and hot tubes this is the place to be! The accommodations were excellent. There was so much to do and we had a great time. One of my favorite place to eat and drink was Richards Supperclub in Dunbar, the owners were a hoot. The one thing I would like to say about the host "Jeremy" if you had a question, he was prompt to get back to you and I respect that. All in all I'll definitely be back. Thanks!! 」
