“This property is a hidden gem. So close to the town and cruise ships if you are taking a cruise out of Rome. The rooms are beautiful and very clean overlooking the sea. Loris met us at the train station and just a 5 minute walk to his hotel. Ambra had a wonderful breakfast waiting for us every morning. Loris and Ambra were so welcoming and friendly. I felt like family by the end of my trip. I highly recommend this property you will not be disappointed. Thank you!”

“Marco was an amazing host! We had a perfect dinner prepared by Pia! It was a perfect stay before our cruise and would absolutely stay here again!”

“The room was perfect, so clean and modern with a great view! It felt very safe and cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. “A set of 6 rooms on one for with communal area. A basic breakfast was available including tea / coffee. A/C in rooms worked well. Dedicated wifi per room (walls thick). Host was helpful and showed us to keep luggage back last day until airport taxi arrived 4pm. Very good location.”

“I highly recommend this property! Not only do the hosts go out of their way to assist you with everything that you could possibly need during your stay (car service, restaurant recommendation etc), but when unexpected travel delays occurred our hosts made sure we would have access to the property and an easy check in at 3am! “I really liked this place. It’s very clean and safe. I was there for two nights in July 2025 and I would definitely book again if I ever travel back to Rome. Just make sure you know your door# because there’s no front desk clerk. You click the intercom button and once you say you’re there for check in… you are buzzed in. I have no complaints about my stay… very quiet and secluded.”
