「I had a extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was clearly not cleaned properly—there were stains on multiple surfaces, dust everywhere, and an overall sense of neglect. Basic necessities were missing as well, including soap, which is unacceptable for any stay. To make matters worse, there were gnats and bugs flying around the room, making it even more uncomfortable. In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all!
