St. Petersburg - Clearwater Regal Largo Mall Hotels

"The room was the dirtiest we’ve seen in a while. The mirror in front of the beds had baby hand prints all over them. The fridge has spilled stuff inside. The top comforter looked like, there were shoe prints on the bottom and some of the towels had yellow stains on them. We bought our own sheets and everything, so we didn’t complain to the staff. However, we will never stay there again. "

"This is an older Motel, one with charm I would say, and while it does need to be updated, you can see where some are or have been made. We had a room with a kitchen, and it looked to be updated with new counter top, the appliances were fine, we did not use the kitchen, would have if we had a longer stay than just overnight. The bath room had been updates, with a mirror that all the ladies will love, special lighting built in.The shower curtain was not wide enough to close off the shower so it was a little drafty when taking a shower, but there was pleanty of hot water and pressure. Our room was clean, the beds were very nice, the flooring all looked newer no carpet which I like that. The ac was a wall uinit, we did not use it, the weather was so nice we just opened the windows, we were on the top floor so not worried about the windows being opened. The furniture is a little outdated,but still with the old charm. Ice maker cost .25 cents, but did not work for us. Outside does need to be updated, the Heated pool looked nice, many other guest using that area, they had outside games for the guest to play, such as cornhole, shuffle board. Location was very close to the main resturants etc., so easy to go and explore. The staff were all very nice. There is NO elevator which I belive is in the discription, so keep that in mind, and each room has their own number parking space, which to me was a plus. Yes, we would stay here again without any problems. "

"We were disappointed on arrival to this home. Although the home was clean, it seriously in need of updating, including worn furniture, pool with green “stains” or scum in the bottom, poorly functioning filter, skimmer net that was unusable, hot tub not working, microwave with piece across top edge missing, non functioning light over stove, multiple light switches that did not do anything, laundry from previous renter still in washer and drier. Otherwise it was only OK at best!"

"The hotel was oki but the staff from the lobby are not very friendly only the girl name Mia is the one that is nice the other boy Alex and Adam think no good they don’t say good morning or anything wen the guess come in the lobby to talk to them and wen u are talking to some other workers they get on the conversation they need to lear if you work for customer service…."

"The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. The staff was very friendly. The location was convenient for everything we needed. "
