「Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. 「Apartment was very easy for check-in, and suited our needs well for our stay here. Bedrooms were as pictured. Few repairs needed to areas of floor that they are aware of and started work on while we were away during the daytime. Would certainly return. 「the place was perfect for my short stay down in St.Petes! close to the park and waterfront with restaurants and the small beach and a short drive to St.Petes Beach. Check in/out instrutions were very clear and easy. the place was clean with working AC! Huge for someone visiting from seattle. I would absolutely book with Lisa again!」

「Great location, next to a cute lake and coffee shop Loved the interior and exterior! So cutely decorated and clean. The outside has such a cute sitting area that we wished we could of used, but it rained most our trip It is street parking so you’re not always guaranteed a spot but we were always able to park in the neighborhood and within a close walk Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!」
