"Lovely boutique feeling hotel with great rooms, superbly comfortable beds and bedding, friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Only complaint it that rooms above the bar/restaurant patio suffer from very loud noise from below despite the double glazing. I was promised by the manager it would subside after 11pm but it went on until around 12.30am."

Even the small things, heading toward the elevator? They push the call button. Need hot water? Here it is. Need a recommendation? They ask a couple of questions and you get all the details. Heading for the door? Anybody in the vicinity opens it. Don't see this as consistently at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton!"
