「While the unit was cute, clean and updated, I was very disappointed in the owner's response to a very foul smell throughout the entire unit.The smell was so pungent that I had to leave and check into a hotel. The cleaning lady disagreed, and nothing was done about the odor. A week later when I inquired about a partial refund, they said it was an easy fix. Unfortunately, they had no intent to address the issue during my stay.」

「We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again.」

「The property was perfect for our family. Conveniently located to everything we needed and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the proximity to Garden of the Gods. "We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said forget it and let it go for free. Then the next day, they deducted $6 from my credit card. In short, it was a bad experience for us."
