Clean, comfortable, & convenient

This was the perfect property & location for us to use while exploring the Pikes Peak area. The house is well stocked with everything you need during your stay. The only negative is the small water heater. Overall this was a great stay and would definitely stay again when we return to the Woodland Park area.

Just okay

This tiny home was a unique stay but definitely had some room for improvement. The cleanliness could be improved, the ceilings fans, railings and below beds were full of lint/dust. The hosts were very communicative, however, they messaged asking for 5 stars which we did not like for accurate representation of their place. In the end, it was a decent stay and has the basic necessities
