This was a perfect family hideaway for a cozy weekend. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable for the whole family, including our fur babies. Gail was wonderful with prompt communication and even provided a whole list of possible To Dos in the area. Would definitely reserve again.

A Wed thru Sat am stay. A home feeling. Very comfortable and accommodating. Ammenities good.Location good for what we did (White Dunes, Dripping Springs hike, shopping, Relaxation).Host great in explaining things and giving us access. Good access system. Secure and safe.

Gail was kind and made sure we had all we needed when we arrived. She let us know of good local restaurants (which we tried and loved) and also let us know she had a foot spa for after our long hike (which was happily used).The house was clean and welcoming. We were really sore after our hike, and the bed was so comfortable. We wish we had a longer stay so we could have enjoyed the backyard. We are returning to Las Cruces next year, and are definitely going to try and stay here again. Overall it was such a wonderful and comfortable stay.

This was the perfect place for our girls’ weekend to celebrate the arrival of a baby girl. My best friend and I have been friends for over 40 years and have raised our kids together and now they are having babies and it is wonderful to be able to spend time together. This home facilitated the making of great memories.

The property is a beautiful home. Very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious, there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. It’s in a very good location, we all felt safe. Our host Gail was amazing. She was super nice and answered my question promptly. Will rent again if available in the future.

Spacious, well-provisioned, comfortable and a 3-minute drive to campus. This was a great base of operations for moving my daughter and her kitten to Las Cruces for the fall semester. Gail was very accommodating and communicative. I definitely recommend this property.

The house was a lovely cool quiet oasis. This property was exactly as advertised. It has a great layout, well equipped kitchen , comfy beds and is in a beautiful little neighborhood right near NMSU. The restaurant recommendations steered us well. We loved walking around and looking at plants. Went to White Sands Monument for sunset which we really recommend. Gail was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again for sure if our kid chooses this university!
