Extremely Unsanitary and Unsafe Stay. Do Not Recommend I recently booked a stay at this property and had an extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I was given a room that had no bedding, no sheets, and no towels, just bare mattresses. When I informed staff of the issue, I was moved to another room, but unfortunately, the second room was just as unacceptable. The bedding was filthy, the towels were soiled, and the entire room felt unclean and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the back door in the second room was broken and did not have a functioning lock. This created a serious safety hazard, and I felt completely unsafe staying there. It is unacceptable for any hotel to provide a room that is both unsanitary and insecure. After seeing the conditions of both rooms, I made the decision to leave the property immediately. This was the second attempt at finding a suitable room, and both failed to meet even the most basic standards of hygiene and safety. I requested a refund since I did not stay, as the conditions were entirely uninhabitable. For the price being charged, guests deserve a clean, secure, and professionally maintained space, none of which was provided here. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. There are many hotels that actually care about cleanliness, guest safety, and overall comfort. This property clearly does not meet that standard. Manager also Refused to give refund for $200.

Lights in the room didn't work, smoke detector was disconnected inside a cabinet, had to get multiple room keys cause others didn't work, had to reconnect the AC cause it didn't work when I arrived, received ZERO room service over the week so I never received new towels or sheets like they say they do. I couldn't stay here. The hotel is animal friendly however, they seem not to use the fee charged for animals, to clean up after the animals. My room smelled so much like urine. I asked to switch, and there were no other rooms. The attendent, Sara, allowed me to use her fabreeze, but it was not much help. I knew the hotel didnt offer refunds so it was better for me to sleep in my car.

I was fearful for my life, drug deals going on in the parking lot, hotel was VERY dirty and smelly, no TV, no wi-fi and hot. Rooms had broken doors, like someone broke into them. The young man and woman at the front desk went out of their way to apologize for no Wi-Fi, no TV and the overall dilapidated condition of this property. I could not fault them for maintenance issues beyond their control, except for the older gentleman at the computer who I assume was the owner or general manager. He was the most unwelcoming individual I've encountered in quite a while. The room was missing a lamp that had been taken off the wall and I don't want to speculate as to what was splattered all over the walls. I've had better accommodations in third- world countries. If this is typical Wyndham property condition, we'll cross the Wyndham group off the list and stick with the Choice Hotels group for the rest of the trip.
