“Great apartment, worked for us.”

“Fantastic apartment for a long stay in Las Palmas. Fourth floor was easy to access by elevator. Apartment included all the necessary tools to cook meals yourself and was just steps from all the restaurants on the promenade. So easy to get to the amazing beach and go for a quick swim in the ocean. A quick note: they are putting up a building right outside the living room windows so construction noise from 8am-5pm makes working a bit difficult. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“This apartment is right near amazing restaurants, cafe and bars. There is bars below and in the evening, especially weekends, can get very noisy but just locals having fun. The beautiful beach is a short stroll away. We had a great holiday and would return”

“The accommodation is perfectly located, not so far from the paseo, the walking and commercial streets, the beach. On top of that there are down some pubs which is perfect for persons who like the nightlife. The accommodation is very well equiped with a small kitchen, a fridge with large freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and is available any time to help, I strongly recommend this studio.”

“Very nice apartment, very well located next to the beach and bus transportation. Close to everything: many restaurants, shops, grocery, car rental. We decided to take a ferry to go visit Tenerife, turned out the ferry bus service was walking distance! Plus: Communication with host was very easy thru Vrbo messaging.”

“Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es fehlt nichts und sollte etwas sein, kümmert sich die sehr freundliche Eigentümerin schnellstens darum (bei uns fehlte der bestellte Hochstuhl). Die Lage am Strand von Salinetas ist traumhaft! Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts leider teilweise nicht so tolles Wetter, aber auch dann fühlt man sich in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Man ist gut angebunden an die Autobahn, sodass man von hier aus die Insel sehr gut erkunden kann.……

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und hat absolut Wohlfühlfaktor. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Möbel erneuert wurden gegenüber alten Rezensionen in denen das bemängelt wurde. Die Betten waren bequem, alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten bestens. Die Terrasse hat geschätzt 30 qm, mit dem großen Sonnenschirm kann man herrlich einen Tag dort auf den Sonnenliegen verbringen. Das Haus selbst ist nicht neu, aber es wird gepflegt. Es ist ein nettes……

“The apartment was as described in the listing. It was in a good area, 5 minuets from Las Canteras beach where there was plenty bars and resteraunts. It was also only a10 minuet walk to Santa Catalina bus station, which was great for visiting other places on the island. The bus fares very good. We had a very good week in Las Palmas, and would recommend the apartment as a good place to stay.”
