“House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. ”

“Upon arriving, checked mattress, and had saw black mold all around the mattress cover, as well as on the shower curtain in the bathroom. I had contacted manager and he asked if we wanted new sheets. I did decline because I already was disappointed, as that’s a huge health issue. So we had just booked a flight that same night and came back to New York. He is very responsive with his messaging. I’ll give him that plus. But other than that, just be on the look out and I am trying to save others the……

“Location- Location-Location- This Condo is in perfect proximity to the beach and other beaches which we also visited. The Room is perfect for a couple or a small family of 4. Useable Kitchen and sitting area and the A/C works very well . The washer and dryer is a floor down but works perfectly for $3.50 each. Trash room on every floor. You can walk to the restaurants located on the beach as well. ”

“Somebody put trash and dirty the terrace and the manager texted us blaming on us. It was very sad because we are very clean and respectful people I told her, we (I and my kids) never went to the terrace and to look the cameras because I saw a man staying there. I did not like her shouting on me and sending me videos about the trash on whatsapp. I don't know if we are going there anymore as I don't feel comfortable anymore to go there.”

“I paid $225 per night for six nights to not have my bed and towels changed at all. Other guests or people outside fighting and yelling most of the nights. No air conditioning, just waking up in a sweat. Water not hot in the shower. Constant water running from the roof outside my door, and animals waking me up every morning at 4:00am. Aura House, Isa Verde, Puerto Rico is the worst place to stay.”
