"We arrived at 10:00 AM, and we were able to do early check-in. Modern hotel and clean rooms. Family-friendly. Bar/restaurant has kid's menu very convenient. We only stayed one night, but we will definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful stylish hotel. Rooms are exceptional. We had interconnecting rooms for our family. Rooms were large and fantastic interior design. Everything was in pristine condition and very clean. Staff were very professional and friendly. They were very helpful making suggestions for day trips and restaurant recommendations. The location was brilliant. Well centred but in walking distance of most of the main sights. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot and cold food.Thank you for an enjoyable stay! "

"Taxi took me to the lower street address indicated in reservation but access is on 2 higher levels. Not clear instructions on reservation on how to arrive to the main hotel entrance."

"Great central location near El Retiro Park and Botanic Gardens, the Prado and Reina Sofia museums and the Atocha train station. Nice, clean room on high floor overlooking the Calle de Atocha so lots to look at although it can be a bit noisy at night like any city."
