「I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. 「Loved this apartment and the neighborhood so much! It’s between 2 amazing grocery stores, Veritas and Supercor. The neighborhood is awesome! The dishwasher and washer/dryer, plus the kitchen made things so much easier for us. Tons of cute Spanish shops and restaurants around, and like 2 blocks from Gran Via. I’d stay here again! Loved it! 「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also...

「Absolutely horrible, the room has strong smell of cigarettes like people having a huge smoking party in it. I stayed 3 nights with windows open and sprayed air fresh lots of times, still can’t get rid of the smell. Even I hang my washed underwear in the bathroom and my underwear smells like cigarettes. The soap stand was dirty also. Full of dust. Location is perfect tho, and the receptionist was nice. But the room, NAH!!」
