With a tropical garden of 1300 m2, and private pool. An ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet while being only 2 km from Las Terrenas and a few minutes to the beach at Playa Coson. It is located just minutes to the restaurants, shops and the beaches. This villa is pet friendly.

Belle villa sans vis-à-vis, un peu ancienne mais qui a été refaite très correctement sauf la cuisine qui mériterait une bonne rénovation, ainsi que les équipements de cuisson. Magnifique vue, beau jardin, grande piscine. Bel emplacement pour visiter toute la péninsule de Samana.
