  • A beautiful beachfront apartment for your vacation on Las Terrenas Beach, located in the very secure and luxurious Balcones del Atlántico resort.

    The perfect place if you’re traveling with family or friends to spend some relaxing and fun days at the beach. This apartment, located on the 2nd floor and surrounded by nature, features multiple pools—for both kids and adults—at your disposal.

    A beautiful and fully equipped apartment in the safest and best-maintained resort, complete with a spa, gym, tennis court, restaurant, pools, and a private beach.

    Beach vacation rental in the most exclusive resort in Las Terrenas, at Balcones del Atlántico. The nearby El Catey Airport (AZS), with flights from North America and some European cities, is located 40 minutes away. Other airports include Las Americas International Airport (SDQ), located 99 km away, and Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ), located 148 km away.

    The apartment boasts a prime location, close to the complex entrance and just 50 meters from the beach. It features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, and a very large terrace with dining and living areas. The unit is equipped with FREE WIFI, 4 televisions with cable TV, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a separate service room, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen.

    This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your beach vacation. The apartment is next to a very large pool, surrounded by green trees and just 50 meters from the beach, where you’ll find an amazing, beautiful, and delightful restaurant with great food, music, and drinks.

    Electricity is included in the rate; guests will not receive a separate bill for this. In addition, daily housekeeping is included.

We just returned from the best holiday. This rental was amazing. It was so close to the beach and it had a lovely pool and the unit itself was so beautifully laid out for all of us who were there. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and then the common space is large and open, and the balcony is not like a balcony. It's more like two large rooms that are fully furnished for dining and sitting out on this massive terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The property it is on is jungle like and well appointed. There are constantly people working to keep it beautiful. There are people on site who serviced the buildings with whatever you need. They provided toilet paper and water and small amenities that are inconvenient to go out and get on your own. The group of buildings are all low rise three stories high and they're right on the beach. You have to cross the road, but it is not a big deal and then you are on a private beach for the group of buildings. Most days we were the only people on the beach. And walking up and down the beach is is like you have a beach to yourself there's very few people on it and there's a restaurant on the beach and a beach bar on the beach, but there's nothing else around and so the place is private and quiet. I can't say enough about Veronica. She was responsive and empathetic and was able to answer any issues that came up. This is a great property and I will rent it again next year.
