I called twice to arrange for a shuttle to come to the airport to pick us up. Somehow we were sent to the wrong Hampton Inn. The girl at the Hampton Inn was very nice and helped us to arrange a to get to our hotel. Apparently the Hampton Inn are not connected so they couldn’t just call my Hampton Inn and have them come and pick us up. Other than that once I got to the end I was supposed to be. It was a great.

We were there such a short time...had to get up at early to make it to the airport at 4 a.m., so no breakfast or time to enjoy any amenities. But, our shuttle driver was a nice young man who was pleasant to chat hockey with! A handy hotel for those who need quick access to the airport. Our room was very nice, too. We'd stay there again.

We love this hotel. We stay here because it has a great breakfast, clean rooms, next to a 7/11 so we can get snacks, and we can leave our car there while we fly out to our destination.

Excellent property close to airport. Clean room, bed and great breakfast. Staff was very helpful providing info during checkin. AirPort shuttle drop off was on time which was a great advantage. Was little noisy because of hotel is next to airport but we could sleep well. Overall great place to stay for overnight to stay close to airport

Front desk staff (1 person) did not attempt to be helpful. AC in room not working, he said "it takes a while" we were there for more then 3 hours. Also never made eye contact. Another staff member stepped up and said they would get maintenence. Maintenence was extremely friendly and professional and was able to fix the broken AC

The Inn was very convenient to the airport and a conference I was attending. I found the staff and shuttle drivers to be excellent- very accommodating and helpful. My room was clean and well appointed.

We use it for airport long-term parking and so stay the night before our travel and again at the end of our travel, depending on our flights. The rooms have been very good.

Property was easy to find and check in smooth. The front desk when we checked in was very helpful to answer questions that I had about the airport shuttle the next day. 1 of those was about the breakfast, since it started at 6 and I was taking the 6am shuttle for my flight. She said they would open and let me grab something to take with or eat quick. The next morning however the front desk did not offer that, the breakfast area was not open. There was another guest and family that was also taking the shuttle, that she did offer to them to go into the breakfast area and get something. I was standing right there! I was not offered the same courtesy. The van driver was pleasant and helpful, but the hotel van needs some serious repair. I purchased breakfast at an inflated price at the airport.
