Looking for the perfect home to accommodate your group? Look no further, our large 5 beds 3.5 bath Chic Oasis awaits! Our 5 BR spacious home is the perfect group getaway.

Take a short trip to the Strip or enjoy our outdoor furniture and BBQ grill in our private backyard. This home boasts a pool, spa, 65 inch+ TVs with Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, Youtube TV (cable), and tons of more entertainment!

As of 10/6/24, Pool and spa heating are unavailable until further notice as we upgrade this aspect of the pool.

House Rules:
— Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities, fines may be imposed, and upon a 2nd noise complaint you will be evicted.
— No smoking at all inside or outside, please. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $300.00. Smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the next guests so this is a very important rule to follow- thank you in advance for your compliance!
— If you make a mess, we ask that you please clean it up. An extra cleaning fee may be added if the house is left in a condition beyond what would be considered standard.
