Newly renovated rooms definitely aren't newly renovated. Pool was insainly cold meanwhile its hot outside and the drinks there were so high in price. $80 for two pina coladas which when I relalized I asked for just one instead. Love vegas and will return but not to Flamingo. Only good thing was the locarion and there are better options for that too.

I stayed in the Spa tower and it was very old and need to be updated. I was not impressed at all and will probably look for other accommodations when I come back. So unimpressed

The wildlife was neat, the family pool was nice enough, but the adult pool was so loud and rowdy it was hard to relax and enjoy.

For the price, this hotel was bad. I wouldn’t stay here again. Just invest a little bit more for almost any other hotel on the strip. The room was tired and a little dirty, but the shower/bathroom in general was terrible. They have made everything automated and in some ways works, but the website is so old and broken it’s frustrating to use. Limited people at the front to help with checkin and those that are there act annoyed youre there when you ask them a question. I know it’s vegas and everyone smokes cigarettes, but the Flamingo has the worst cigarette smell on the casino floor out of any other one on the strip. So disappointing :(

Love the location and we had a strip view which was fantastic, but overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great, the pricing of all food or water was outrageous. It was actually quite disappointing for our first time staying on strip, we have had amazing experiences off strip and had far better stays and customer service.

I had booked 8 of us to stay we had 2 rooms they put us on 2 different floors one room was old and gross on the 28th floor the other room was very nice . I went down the next morning and asked to move us on the same floor side by side that was a struggle but we did manage to get it ..it was my daughter’s bachelor party, this is where she wanted to stay .there was a lot of confusion but worked itself out. The day of check out I looked at my receipt on my phone in my bank account they took out 1100 which is not right . That should not be . I asked why they said my deposit will be given back to me . I can’t figure out why it was taken out in the first place . It’s now been 4 days since I came home from Vegas and I still haven’t gotten it back or have I heard from them to solve this issue not very happy at all as this is quite a bit of money

The staff was not helpful when trying to ask for services from the front desk (such as requesting an extra towel). We approached a desk for in house services and the lady manning the desk had just finished another customer and yelled to us that she was closed. The customer service was a bit lacking, but the property is beautiful.

The A/C was sub par and continue to shut off and if you know Vegas weather that is a serious problem..toilet over flooded and took over 3 hours and 3 separate phone calls to get it handled..

2 hours to check in. During check in they informed me that the room I requested wasn’t available and downgraded me without an apology, rude staff! I spent a lot of money for a very nice room and ended up with a very bad maintained room. Will definitely never stay there anymore
