Incredible retreat for friends and families. Huge open floor plan with 30' cathedral ceilings and gas fireplaces. Natural light everywhere! Heated waterfall pool and spa, patio dining, outdoor kitchen, pergola and fire pit. 75” TV, office for longer stays.

15 minutes to the Strip, 25 minutes to Red Rocks, Hoover Dam. Close to supermarkets and eateries. Walk or bike to trails with incredible Vegas sunset views.

We offer free spa heating. Pool heating is $50/day up to 85 degrees.

Great House with Pool/hot tub
I love that this house is at the end of a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes from the strip. The pool and hot tub were a great place for the 5 teenagers we brought to play and relax. The bed in the Master bedroom was so comfortable with an awesome memory foam top. Most of the other beds had this as well. It was a great place to cook our meals, use the grill and eat outside.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and helpful. The house was fully stocked, spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool and yard were beautiful and easy to enjoy.

Wonderful stay!
The house is so well-stocked and ready for a relaxing stay! The outdoor area, pool, and spa are beautiful and we spent lots of time enjoying the outdoors! If we ever return to the Vegas area - we will definitely book this house!

Great Property!

This house was wonderful and had everything we needed for our relaxing family vacation. The location was just perfect. As well as the owner, he reached out to make sure that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

Amazing Home
My sister-in-law, her triplets and husband, and our family of five from Colorado, came into town for the funeral of the patriarch of our family. We needed place to unwind and enjoy each other. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to nestle in and feel at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and so accommodating. The home has a well stocked kitchen, a great open floor plan and enough comfortable bedrooms to easily sleep ten people. The outside was our favorite spot and where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was perfection, as were the surrounding spaces. And, the location could not have been better. I highly recommend this rental!

Henderson was great
Very nice spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the spacious layout of your home. We appreciated the dishes, pans and the other basic amenities available in the kitchen and washroom. Close to all the general stores, restaurants and gas stations. Easy trip into the strip and back. Thank you.

Overall, it was a good experience. House was very nice and in a great neighborhood. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed but it definitely suited our needs.
