Beautiful lodging with awesome jacuzzi bath

Closest to MGM Grand, beautiful grounds, many places to sit outside. Valet parking was complementary for us, which was awesome. Bed was comfy, as were all the furnishings. We loved where we stayed.

Couldn't be happier

The entire process was easy, efficient, and just as advertised. We would stay here again. You can walk to the MGM Grand, Top Golf is a 3-minute walk, and Uber has an easy pickup.

Close to all events in the area. As parking is a nightmare ... you must appreciate Vallet onsite.

Great room, a bit far

Great room! Just like staying in the hotel. It is deceptively far from the main action at the strip. A 10 minute walk to get to the MGM proper. But really nice stay.

Beautiful view!

I have stayed at the MGM Signature Towers about 20 days scattered over the last 10 years. I think it's one of the best locations in Las Vegas as there's no gambling or gambling machines in the building. It was impossible for me to message the host or unit owner but I didn't have any problems or complaints so it didn't become necessary. The building is starting to show signs of where as it is probably 20 years old. During my next business trip I will be back at the signature.

Great stay

Excellent property, owner, management and room. Third stay in these towers. They have everything. Property is connected to the MGM Grand via indoor skybridge. So much better and reasonably affordable than hotels. Highly recommend.

It was really nice

The room was just as it was described also very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the quite relaxing environment while still being in close proximty to the strip and casinos. We also enjoyed the option to choose from three different pools.

Okay wouldn’t rent again

5 star resort but property is not managed at a 5 star level. 20min elevator lines, couldn’t get through lobby due to Arbonne crowds, Uncomfortable beds, stained carpet and furniture, limited kitchen supplies. Cleaning was okay, doors were dirty from heavy handling, carpets mediocre cleaning. Place needs updated as wear and tear was not at a standard level for even a 3 star hotel. There are too many options especially in Vegas at this price point to not have a well maintained place. Property manager was excellent with timely communications. Hotel staff seriously lacking service and hospitality - they would not open outer room doors to guests on the reservations when key does not work for these doors. Guests almost had to call the police due to the staff incompetence. Valet service was excellent. I would not stay here again due to mismanagement of MGM and their Arbonne contract that overrides all courtesies for other guests and the lack of support from property management. .

Nice room with a view and jacuzzi tub!

This is a great spot! The room had comfy beds, was clean with a nice view, and had a relaxing jacuzzi tub. It was nice that the room had a two burner stove, microwave and fridge if needed. This hotel was quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the casino hotel entrances.

Seminar Trip

Great location.My seminar was at the Caesars Forum. The train was about a 10min walk from the room. Connection to the MGM grand without going outdoors was nice. The bathroom was huge. I did appreciate the level of security. Food delivery and ride shares may be a little tricky to figure out, so I recommend you ask questions about the process when you check in. My only complaint, which is minor, is that there were barely any hangars. I made it work, but I'm sure most people aren't business travelers, so not a big deal.Property manager communication was A+.

We had an outstanding stay at the MGM Signature! The suite itself was undoubtedly worthy of five stars, boasting comfort, style, and all the amenities we could ask for. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, ensuring a hassle-free start and end to our trip. The pools were a definite highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable way to unwind. We appreciated the well-maintained areas and the opportunity to relax under the sun. Additionally, the convenience of an easy walk to our convention was a major plus, making our daily commutes stress-free. Overall, our stay at the MGM Signature exceeded our expectations. Matt was very quick and easy to communicate with. They offer free valet parking and I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to get the car back every time. The room was very clean and roomy. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, and after a long day, it was just what I needed to refresh my day off right. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location. Needs some updates.

Loved the location of the property. Right where it all happens. Felt safe there. The suite needs some updating. The furniture is a bit beat up and worn. Stains on the couch, chair and bench at the end of the bed. We had to call maintenance to get an outlet in the bathroom so it had power. And when I opened the door to the fridge the door fell off. That was actually kind of funny. Anyway, we’ll probably stay there again. I was commenting to my wife if we had a place like that we would NEVER let anyone rent it. Anyway….

We stayed in a similar unit at MGM Signature suites 6 years ago. We knew what to expect & were not disappointed. The suite is lovely, well equipped & served our needs perfectly. Matt was quick in addressing one concern we had. The building's perimeter is safe and management staff was very attentive. We would stay here again.
