Beautiful home just minutes from Downtown Freemont
House was very clean and the back yard was very spacious. It was too warm to use their fire pit or their barbecue but it’s nice to have it as an option. It was just a six minute drive to downtown and everything Fremont has to offer. The area is also now getting pretty hit with bars and restaurants just a few blocks away.

Nice Quiet Stay
This was a very nice home for a weekend stay in Las Vegas . Every room was Nice and Clean with nice kitchen space to cook some mealsl. The backyard was nice and quiet to sit out when weather permitted. We had our chihuahua. and we felt he enjoyed the back yard as well . Naida was a Great Host,. Thank you Naida for you timely responses to my messages. We definitely will stay again and share with friends .

Great place
The host Nadia was great. I was able to call her with any questions or concerns. All the small amenities like the sewing kit, feminine products added a special touch. Plus she had eveything u need for ur stay, pots, pans, dishes, coffee, tea, hot sauce, some seasoning..lol Overall It was a cool vibe. The area has a dollar tree, Ross, Albertson's, which was great. Plenty of restaurants. Some say the area may be a lil sketchy..but its just like any other neighborhood. And trust me those same sketchy ppl are on the strip too. (Homeless) but that's not the hosts fault. But I had no worries. And the strip and the airport is like 25 minutes away in a uber or rental. And the Hoover Dam is like 30 minutes away. Which is beautiful. In conclusion you should definitely stay here..

Great stay for a reasonable price!
This house was exactly what we needed for our stay. It is close to the areas we wanted to be in, entertainment wise, however the neighborhood itself seemed a bit unsafe for four women traveling together. Keep the house and car doors locked, and should be all good! House was super clean and spacious. The host was kind and helped us when needed!

Not terrible, not amazing either
House is okay. I was not impressed with the cleaning aspect; two 1/2 consumed water bottles on the counter and dirty dishes in the sink, otherwise it looked okay. Neighborhood is a bit on the sketchy side. Not someplace I'd want to bring a family with little kids or go out for a walk after dark.

Great Off-Strip Location
The property was perfect for our needs. Tacos El Gordo is right up the street, and the location between the Strip and LVMS was perfect. Easy access to the airport, and I-15. Clean and spacious for the four of us.

More than expected
I honestly read some reviews about the neighborhood and all, but to be honest it was quiet, there was absolutely no problem with the neighborhood or neighbors. Nadia I can not explain with words how amazing she is, literally has the home stocked up with every need, from safety kits to women's care if you know what I mean! (Monthly visits) to blankets in case we get cold, board games,couple baby toys I can not fit everything here. But let me tell you, if you're looking for an amazing place to stay and get the rest you need this is the home, it's close by downtown and has convenience stores nearby as well. I'm just grateful I went with my heart and chose this home, we will definitely come again and again and again and again, everytime we need to stay in Vegas for couple days for work or church event, this is our place.

We were more than satisfied with everything. The house is in a location quite convenient to the Fremont area and the strip, as well as the airport, Boulder City etc. The house was very clean, with everything in good working order and well stocked with utensils and toiletries. Great Stay!
Naida was amazing! Super sweet! She checked in on us to see how our first night was. Told us to let her know if we needed anything! The house was really clean when we got there. She even had cold bottled waters ready for us since it was super hot that weekend. The check in was super easy and we are so glad since we got there at midnight. We had enough room for the 7 of us and slept so comfortably. The location was perfect because everything was within a short distance. We will definitely be coming back here on our next trip!!

Very nice and clean house
I had a great time at Vegas and part of that was staying at this beautiful clean house. The host even let me stay for an extra 2 hours because I wanted more time to get the kids and everthing ready. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place.

The host was kind and accommodating! This sleepy our part of 8 comfortably. We came in for the lovers and friends festival and this was only 12 minutes from the circus circus parking. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the house was secure and clean!

Great place away from Strip
Great place away from the strip and closer to Fremont street. We have small kids so it was just what we were looking for. Neighborhood is not that great but we didn't have any problem during our stay. We could have used some more bath napkins and towels during the stay but it wasn't a big deal so we managed. Host was very reachable and responsive. She also accomodated an early check in for us. Overall fairly satisfied with our stay.

Close to everything
My fiancé at the time enjoyed the stay. We had a gathering before our wedding and had a blast. They said it was comfortable but had a hard time with finding the internet info. Great rental
The rental is more spacious than the pictures reflect. The owner did an excellent job at reaching out and answering any questions. She even allowed us to do a late check out. Great location to Freemont Street Experience. And a cheap Uber ride to the strip.
