This property was perfect for my wife and I. I was attending a work conference and the Mrs. joined for a short getaway. The walk to my conference in the MGM was very convenient. Close to shopping in the MGM and lots of restaurants close by. easy access to the MGM pool. All in all, no complaints at all from either one of us! Hope to stay again on my next vegas work trip.

We had a wonderful stay in Joe and Debora’s lovely condo. The suite was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very clean, comfy king bed, great view from the balcony. Joe and Debora were fabulous hosts, checking on how things were going and making themselves available to help with any questions we had. The location was perfect for taking in the strip or attending a concert at the Sphere; just a 25 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We are locals and wanted a convenient location with a great view BUT no crowds! THIS is the spot! We walked to all of the amazing restaurants and bars on Las Vegas Blvd. But the highlight was ringing in 2025 from the balcony with the perfect view!

First time using a service like this for reservations. The room was spotless, decor was very welcoming and overall one of the best places to stay in Las Vegas. Check in was seamless and communication with host was very easy. The unit is Connected to MGM Grand, (5 minute walk). You get to enjoy luxury and all the glitz that you expect in Vegas at a value price. This unit especially is now our go to stay whenever we visit. Very pleased with our stay here. !!

Loved everything about this spot. Fantastic location. Hyper clean. Great great communication. 40% of cost of same class of hotel room on strip. Easy access to everything. Quiet, zero smoke, great tub for a couple. Will absolutely stay there again. Excellent.

We love staying at the Signature because it's lobby is not flooded with noise and casinos. But, all the excitement is just a very short walk when we want all that Vegas offers. Our host were wonderfully responsive from booking through our final day in this peaceful unit. We highly recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was designed with comfort and luxury in mind. The amenities were top-notch—exceeded our expectations. The property was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. We stayed 2 nights over Halloween Weekend. The space was extremely clean and easy to get to. It is connected to the MGM casino so you can easily access it! We would stay here again as it was perfect! The balcony was great for sunset pictures :) Thank you again!

The entire process was very easy. Our Hosts, Joe and Debora, were very thorough in communication. We were in Vegas for a concert at Sphere and to get married at A Little White Wedding Chapel. The Signature Condo was just as the pictures indicated, we loved sitting out on the balcony! The use of all MGM amenities was a big perk and we enjoyed the pool area! The Monorail was such a convenient way to get around and experience the Strip. We will be back annually for our anniversary celebrations and look to book this Condo again!

The suite was great and Joe was wonderful. This was my first time using VRBO and thanks to Joe, my fears were eased and my trip was a breeze. The suite was exactly as described and super clean. I appreciated the coffee maker and blender. Joe covered all the bases and trip was terrific. Can’t wait to plan another Vegas trip!

The room was exactly as described and close to MGM Grand. The wifi was intermittent, but thankfully, we didn't need to work while we were there. The bed was comfortable. The whirlpool tub was great and the view was terrific. Loved the 33rd floor view. We would stay here again.
