🌴🏊‍♂️🌞⛳Paradise off the strip, 4BR+Big Loft+Fun Backyard

  • WE DO NOT HAVE CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS. We will take care of everything.

    Your vacation retreat boasts 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large loft with a bar, a well equipped kitchen, and 4 smart TV's with DirecTV. Enjoy the backyard oasis, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with tables, chairs, barbecue, and your own putting green! The location is ideal because it is close enough, but far enough! The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 uber ride or 10 miles away, yet far enough to escape the madness and truly relax in this peaceful family friendly neighborhood.

    The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it. We live a few houses away and we probably have it at our house.

    The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home to ensure only registered guests stay on property.

We enjoyed the pool, though we had to pay extra to have it heated. I would have one suggestion, though. for the downstairs bathroom. ...it would be nice to have a towel bar for the hand towel and maybe a hook on the back of the door to hang the bath towel for reuse!

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Hosts

We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of—even after our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great Space!

Flew our family in and this was a great getaway. Property had plenty to do with the kids in the backyard when we needed to escape the heat. Location is in a great neighborhood close to enough to get to the strip but far enough not to deal with the craziness.

This house is in a very good location. The neighborhood is very quiet & it’s only a 20-30 minute to anywhere you want to go in Vegas. It was very clean. The pool area is excellent. Our family had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great off the strip property.
