The property is central on the Strip and it's easy to walk to other locations and shows. I did not know that Paris had taken over Bally's and was now calling it the Versailles Tower. I was expecting to be staying in one of the Paris towers. Prices at Guy's Flavortown are quite high for the quality. ie almost $30.00 for a burger. The food was average in my opinion. There's never any place to park at the registration desk. So having to self park before checking in is confusing. You have to take a ticket to get into the parcade but aren't told you can disregard the ticket when paying for parking through your hotel. I used self checkin because the lineups for assisted checkin were too long. When selecting the pay for parking option, there is no notification that your room key should be used to enter and exit the parcade at all times. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund from paying for parking for the first day.

This is a great resort. It is on the older side but it was kept very clean. Love the location and the dining options at the hotel. Our room was very quiet which was a nice surprise given the location.

Beds were horrible. They did try to make it better for us but it was still uncomfortable. Our view was of the parking lot. Would’ve liked the chance to upgrade or told if there was a different view option.

Smoke smell is overwhelming. I wish I did a bit more research before choosing a hotel, they aren’t all as bad and there are worse. Disorganized checkin, long lines, nobody to help guide before or after. Room was ok. Definitely in need of an update! Windows so dirty on the outside. Pool closes at 5!? First night we got there it closed at 6 but they told me around 430 that the pools shutting down half of it due to lifeguard shortage. The next night the sign said they were open till only 5. And our last day they started kicking everyone out at 4:45 for a private function, remind me again why we pay astronomical resort fees, and not even be able to use one of the hotels amenities until a reasonable time !? Oh and basic cocktails are $35!!! Insane. Most of the drinks are around that price too. Other food and drink in the hotel is so astronomically priced it’s laughable. $7 for drip coffee, $7 for a bottle of pop…it’s just not right, feels like robbery. Location, however, can’t be beat! If you’re not overly picky and just want something decent for a few nights to crash, this would work. I’ll be choosing elsewhere next time.

Externally it is under renovation. Not bad overall. I tried to check in 30 mins 'early' and that would've been 25 bucks. What a joke.

We asked for our room to be re cleaned twice because when we checked into the room there was chips all over the floor and there was no coffee maker. We were just told someone would be there to clean but it was never done. We were worried that they just made the bed and didn't even change the sheets. It was very disappointing considering the price.

I reserved my hotel over 6 months prior to our vacation. When we arrived they moved us to another part of the hotel that was attached to the Horseshoe Casino not the Paris. We had to walk to everything and was not close to the pool at all. Our room didn't have a refrigerator, microwave, or coffee pot. Next trip, I will definitely make reservations at the Holiday Inn instead!

This would have been 5 stars for everything except for the extremely long line up and wait for registration, at the end of a very long day of travel. Standing in a line up for over an hour was not pleasant! More staff needed at front counter.

I like the nice view around the hotel, but it was just surprising that the amenities we had is only for one person even if we booked and paid the room for four. And even a small tube of toothpaste we can’t have a complimentary even one. Totally no service at all during the stay.

Great location. Internet didn’t work for two days and the number they give you to fix it doesn’t work. Had to go back to front desk to have it reset to work. Still had to pay resort fees. Housekeeping just didn’t come one day. Room has general dirt and lack of cleaning. Size of room is very good.

Versailles tower isn’t in the Paris hotel, it’s in the horseshoe. Versailles tower rooms are nice and clean but noisy. You can hear everything happening on the strip.

4 stars overall and my husband thinks that is generous because our shower was basically unusable. Just a little trickle out of it. And it’s a pain to figure out how to use and turn off. Thank goodness we got a spa service and could use their amazing shower one day!! Highly recommend the spa. Excellent service and amenities! Best location to basically stay on the strip. CVS is right there next to it too for random things, which is handy. Best luck there on VLTs. Watch out, I had a shopping bag by my feet at a machine and I turned around for a second and it was gone. Security said they apologized and that was that. So that was a mood killer for the day. Watch your stuff like a hawk! This isn’t on the hotel but just something I wanted to add as a heads up. Our room was clean and nice, amazing view of the strip and pool, fast elevators, and good food options for the hubby (not good for dietary restrictions for me). Outside of the theft and the shower stuff, honestly I’ll go back next time for sure! Oh and super quick checkin on a Friday afternoon. Not a single soul. Sunday mornings I can say you will be in for at least an hour, minimum. That was crazy to see since our check in was so dang smooth and fast and the machines worked!!

Great ventilation in the casino. Fantastic pool and lounge area. However, the pool did run out of towels by early afternoon. Would have liked more on the go type restaurants to choose from for a quick bite vs. having only fancy sit down meal options.

Our only complaint was checking in. Most of the kiosks didn’t work and there were only 3 reception employees on shift. It too over an hour of standing in line to check in. Also the premium member lane was often used by people complaining about the kiosks, and they got checked in before those who had been waiting. Frustrating to say the least. Love the location and overall had a great experience.

Overall, the stay and the upgrade view of the tower and fountains was impressive. Walkability and travel to other locations was convenient and nice. Struggled with the Saturday night club music heard in the room, and the wobbly elevators at the Versailles tower were a little unnerving.
