Huge open inviting living space to sit back and relax and enjoy the view of Lake Mead! This property boasts large comfortable furniture to lounge around and unwind from the hustle and bustle of city life! This property has three bedrooms of which two of which have on-suite bathrooms! The property has top-of-the-line appliances and a huge quartz counter island together around and enjoys family time! Depending on the time of year you can enjoy the big horn sheep outside your front door.

Fewer than 30 miles southeast (but an entire world away) from Las Vegas, this charming southern Nevada burg is a hub for history at Hoover Dam and the Boulder City / Hoover Dam museum, as well as for outdoor activities at Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Black Canyon, the Colorado River, and beyond.

The property has a covered large two-car garage that will fit trucks and cars. Boats will fit on street in front of property.

Boulder City Fourth of July

We’ve been coming to Boulder City and Lake Mead for many years. We used to have a house, but sold it. This was the first time we’ve had to find a place to stay. This house was perfect in location and size. We celebrated a graduation, a birthday and the 4th with family. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great family stay near Lake Mead!

We loved our stay here! Our party had 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 3.5 and 1.5). The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, laundry, and relaxing. We loved the close walking proximity to Hemenway Park for the kids and enjoyed seeing the big horn sheep! We also enjoyed walking to Lighthouse Kitchen for breakfast. The house is just a few minutes by car from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam as well. Everything in the house was like new, comfortable, and very clean. It was pretty chilly outside, but the heated pool was even warm enough to enjoy. The host provided excellent communication, and even provided a new pack n’ play so that we didn’t have to fly one there. Highly recommend this place!

Family Teip to Thw greater Las Vegas area!

We stayed in this house, as a way to feel out the Boulder City community and see if we really liked the area. We have been discussing the opportunity to expand my business in and around the greater Las Vegas area, and BC is pur target location to buy a 2nd home.This house has confirmed that this, is absolutely what we wanna do Thanks guys for making it such a wonderful place to be!

Exceeded My expectations

Exceeded My expectations. Very clean, very newly updated, very spacious. They had everything we needed, just like home. I am on a special diet, so I have to cook and prepared all of my own food, and the kitchen had everything that I needed, I was pleasantly suprised. The location was perfect, with a great view of mountains and Lake Mead. We saw 5 Big Horn sheep walk pass the backyard in the morning. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of towels, and there was laundry machines. All of my family members loved this rental, and we would come back again. (Although, in November the swimming pool was not heated and it was 55 degrees) Otherwise this was 10/10 experience.
