Nice spot

As advertised

Very clean, great customer service, and everything was in working order. The pretty much were out by the heated pool most of the stay. And it was close to the strip, about 15 minutes or so.

Time with family away from the hustle bustle of the Strip

Enjoyed our time at this rental. It is in a subdivision away from the Strip, which was exactly what we were looking for. It was close to 2 dog parks. We brought our pooch and he was ecstatic to play with dogs. Since the parks were so close, we could go for about 30 minutes twice a day. We choose this rental because we were going down to Vegas to visit family, attend a UNLV football game, and enjoy some down time. All of those boxes were checked during this stay.

Large and wonderful

Our stay in this home was exceptional. The house was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. TVs were in every room, and the large kitchen became the heart of our stay, where my mother-in-law enjoyed preparing meals. We celebrated our grandmother’s 90th birthday here and had the three generations of families together, and the kids had endless fun with the billiards table, arcade machine, and swimming pool. Watching movies on the projector screen was a treat for the whole family. The location was nice, with restaurants and stores just a short walk away and the Strip only a brief drive. Whole foods being close by was a plus, as well as Walmart. The host was wonderful and responded to our questions almost instantly. We can't wait to stay here again on our next Vegas visit—it was a perfect home away from home.

Fantastic stay! 😊

Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and concerns. Plus, they were very accommodating with the check-in time. One tip: it's best to arrange for pool heating in advance so it's ready when you get there. We're already looking forward to staying with you again.Thanks for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

Superb accommodation

Great location, great neighbors, immaculately clean, and well laid out. Elegant and classy. Our family really enjoyed the park right across the street it had pretty much everything you can ask for in a park, my kids were over at the basketball courts and we wish we'd had our baseball stuff with us.
