No communication and disappointing pool
From the beginning, communication with the owner and property manager was terrible!!! I had to contact VRBO to finally get them to answer me. The pool does not have any outdoor furniture so my 75 year old mother was expected to get down and lay on the rough cement. When I asked the owner about any outdoor chairs, she suggested we go to the Wynn. That’s where she always goes to enjoy the pool. Who tells you to go and enjoy somewhere else? Our purpose was to hang out by the pool for two days. That’s what we paid for in having a pool at the house we rented. We had two days to spend by the pool, but only ended up spending 2 hours due to having to sit on the cement. The place was clean (except for a dusty floor) and very roomy. Owner /property manager told us someone was in there cleaning but the floor had not been swept. They sent a long check in procedure, but they are not correct, but it was still an easy check in. Shower curtain could use a wash or replacement in the master bath. Even after we checked out, still no response.

Complete FRAUD! Run from this listing!
This property is NOT as listed! It is not Private - you will have middle schoolers watching you from the classroom that is butted up against the back yard, the other side has a junk yard type neighbor with dogs standing on broken down cars barking at you. There were visible cables coming off the power line hanging in the yard. We paid for use of the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was freezing had no heat. As far as the landscaping it was not kept up it was filthy on the outside not to mention the inside. When it says NEWLY REMODELED that is a complete lie. It was dingy and filthy. The pictures say spacious it was small and the furniture in the pictures are not what you get! The neighborhood was scary and the host was horrible! The host refused my calls and would not communicate with us and changed her phone number after we demanded our money back. We have used VRBO many times and this was our first and hopefully only traumatic experience! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would have!
