Other aspects to highlight When guests book, guests THEY ACCEPT and ACKNOWLEDGE the following: • This accommodation is NOT a party accommodation. Parties are NOT allowed. * Registration of the names of all guests is required. Provide the names/surnames and AGE of all the guests of the accommodation. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT NOISE: * We want to be respectful of the neighbors, since this house is located in a residential area and we also like them a lot!). There are sensors around the house that detect ambient noise levels inside and outside the house. If they reach 70 decibels or more, which is approximately the sound of a diesel train at 100 feet and the legal limit in a residential area, you will receive an automated text message that will notify you to lower the volume. If this continues for a long time, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately and cancel the reservation without refund.
