The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
What an amazing experience! Boston checked us in for a 1-day trip to see Wizard of Oz at the Sphere. He upgraded our room, gave us complimentary snacks and water. It was a seamless experience and his customer service was over the top! The Venetian is and has been my favorite hotel in Vegas!
