"The receptionist was so helpful and kind to respond to my query about the hairdryer and came promptly to my room to help me find it and was very gracious when I realised it had been there the whole time in a black bag on the hanger and I totally missed that! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had the best shower. The breakfast was great with a wide selection of food and hot drinks. It was in a good location for the conference I attended at the St Thomas centre next to the cathedral. "

"A hotel with great basic needs for an overnight traveller. Restaurants close by. "

"Parking ample but via deep pot holes. Breakfast fabulous. But the hotel not as it says on the tin. Photos misleading. I booked tor a bar and restaurant in the evening. No bar or restaurant just a breakfast room. Needed to drive to get somewhere to eat and with all the potholes tried to find some where on foot. Nothing safe for a female on their own on foot as it was getting dark, to eat. "

"This property is located on a very busy street and brings concerns about the noise. The neighborhood was also concerning based on our walk to the property from the train station. The property was not very clean. There were shoe marks on the walls, spots on the bed sheets and an old beverage bottle of yellow liquid in the bathroom drawer. Not sure what it was. We ultimately were not comfortable staying here and went to a hotel."

"The house was an easy walk from the train station, one could get a taxi from the station. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The walk into town is about 15 minutes, I would recommend it without hesitation, but with one caveat: the stairs are steep, which might be difficult for anyone with some mobility issues."
