「Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The location was perfect, and everything else met or even exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. As minor points for improvement, some of the food at the buffet was occasionally a bit cold, and the water pressure in the showers was somewhat weak. 「Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min...

「We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.」

「We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. 「The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception.」

「Dora was amazing! She helped us plan some great day trips. More local traditional Greek food at the dinner buffet would have been appreciated. Our room was very damp and smelt musty. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have asked to be moved if staying longer. . 」

「It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most」
