“Tout est excellent. Une belle expérience”

“While checking in at reception for my week's holiday I was told that I needed to pay the hotel tax upfront, which is normal at many destinations. However, when I went to pay using my back card and was given the option of my home currency or Euros, I chose my home currency and this seemed to throw the staff into a frenzy as they only wanted it in Euros. I don't understand why they gave me the option then??? The Manager got involved and he was very curt and unfriendly to say the least. He then……

“I have to start by saying that the Customer Relations Manager is amazing. She was extremely helpful and professional, and she was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. On our first day, the staff was great, but unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. Parking is very difficult to find, and if you ask the hotel for assistance, they charge you extra for it. The pool closes at 6:00 PM — not one second later. The staff will make sure to inform you of this, but……

“Cannot say enough nice things about the facilities and the staff at Numo Ierapetra. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly, from complimentary massages to helping my partner plan his proposal! Numo Ierapetra will forever have a special place in our hearts as the place we got engaged. “Checked in late and had a quick overview. Great to have a plate of food and bottle of champagne on arrival. Breakfast was good although inconsistent with table allocation. Suite excellent and very clean. Beach and pool again excellent. Disappointing not to be recognised as a retuning guest. Biggest disappointment was Amar restaurant. Limited menu and food quality this year. Not one good morning from reception team. Seems to have lost its personal approach. Left last year feeling very special.……
