「Wir hatten die Deluxe Infinity Suite mit Privatpool und waren rundum begeistert. Die Suite war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der private Pool war definitiv das Highlight – perfekt, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und den Urlaub zu genießen. Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön gepflegt und hat eine angenehme, ruhige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen...

「Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package. We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds...

「Wunderschöne, grüne Anlage. Toller Blick auf die Bucht. Ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten im Strandbereich, gut verteilt auf verschiedenen Ebenen. Wassersportmöglichkeiten vorhanden, natürlich preislich teurer als am Nachbarstrand in Elounda. Ausgezeichnetes Abendessen in den à l carte Restaurants, Service war jedoch teilweise etwas langsam/unaufmerksam. Deep Blue Bungalow mit eigenem Pool: Der Pool war sehr groß mit tollem Ausblick. Jedoch entsprach das Zimmer leider nicht den Abbildungen....

「Stunning property and staff all amazing. Very hilly so need to be fit to get around or have a car. Suites lovely, breakfast plentiful and tasty. Beach club about 10 mins away in complimentary shuttle bus. It’s quite far from Elounda town so we drove in each night. Would be great if hotel had a shuttle bus to take you there. Everything was fabulous and definitely good value for money」

「Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...

「I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel. They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage. If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option. In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we...

「It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most」
