The location was good and close to Old Town, but was somewhat sketchy. Many run down properties and trash, but that may be just what the city is. The building itself had an elevator that luckily worked but was very old. Had a door that you had to open and close manually. I am over 50 years old and never been in an elevator like that...

"The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...

"Great location, accessible parking and easy-ish to find at night. Some amenities unavailable (espresso pods, toiletries, laundry soap, drying rack). Strangely, none of the tv remotes contained batteries. A/C was functional and the mattresses comfortable. Steep marble staircase made it a little treacherous for tiny kids. Breakfast downstairs was an easy win."
