comfortable kitchen-living room with 42-inch TV-SAT and sofa-bed; a double bedroom
equipped with two walk-in closets; large bathroom with shower box; laundry area with washing machine /
dryer and iron.
Wi-Fi connection and heating / air-conditioning system are included in the price.
The property, located on a hill overlooking the medieval village of Lastra a Signa,
It enjoys a strategic position to enjoy a peaceful stay but a 15-minute walk away
from the city center and the train station with which you can easily reach Florence (15
minutes), Pisa, Siena, Lucca, Bologna.
On request, a shuttle service is available to the railway station and the airports of Florence and Pisa.
