「The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.」

「The hotel was quite a disappointment. We were there as a couple and had booked all-inclusive.
However, at check-in we had to pay over €150 extra for a club membership, which we didn't know what it was for.
Included in the all inclusive package was the food, which was more or less the same every day and only water and wine from a tap to drink. We drank from plastic glasses.
Every other drink, such as cola, had to be paid for separately with a card at 3.50 per can.

「Le camere sono pulite, con tutto il necessario, ottima anche la cena che abbiamo scelto di fare in struttura, la signora Teresa davvero gentile. Abbiamo avuto un po di difficoltà a trovarla, l'indirizzo fornito da Expedia è decisamente sbagliato, comunque bisogna mettere sul navigatore Agriturismo Donna Teresa.」
