“Maintenance of door locks should be scheduled periodically. I stayed in room 406 and had to come down to front desk and get my key cards reprogrammed. I understand things happened so I didn’t think it would be a problem but the next day I went for breakfast and upon returning to my room key cards did not work. Went back down to front desk and asked the manager to check lock because the night before I had the same problem. He refused to come and check with me and reprogrammed the key cards. I……

“The room was not cleaned well. Especially the refrigerator. I was so grossed out by it I had to clean it myself. I also took a rag and cleaned the bathroom floor, it felt sticky. The breakfast was just cereal, yogurt, muffins, not bad for just a basic grab and go. The hotel is in a convenient location. I don’t like how they seem to try and rush you out at 9 am when checkout is at 11am and some people (like myself) like to sleep in a bit.”

“Utilitarian! No closets!! No pool! And no shuttle between property and airport. But staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was the typical, mediocre buffet, but clean and hot! Pricey (over $200 per night after taxes, etc. for standard room) for what you get.”

The room and hallway was extremely stuffy, felt like there was filled with DEAD AIR. couldn't open windows. was hard to breathe. couldn't sleep well. The panel that supposed to show fire escape route, by the elevators on third floor were ALL ripped off, and one of the fire exit was blocked with huge garbage? pale used by maintenance personnel the entire night. THOSE two has to be against fire code. overall, for……

“It was a decent room, fairly clean. I wasn't expecting a 4 star experience from a budget hotel. There were a few things that could have been better though. The breakfast was nice, but to say that options were limited would be an understatement. The only real negative was average at best water pressure and temperature. The room was clean, but it looked like it could use a thorough deep clean. Furniture was well used but still functional.”

“The location was good,right across from the mall. However the hotel is between the on ramps to the 87so you just have to really pay attention when turning into the parking lot.The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean but really in need of cosmetic updates - painting and update the bathroom. Also there is no breakfast included as it states on the website. Coffee and tea were available though”
