The room we received was not what we had asked for, and when we requested to change rooms after check-in, the hotel refused unless the manager approved. Additionally, the TV and phone in our room did not work at all, which meant we had to go down to the lobby from the fifth floor whenever we needed help or had questions. The room was not properly cleaned, and the pool water was green, which was really concerning. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of proper service fell far below our expectations. We paid for a comfortable and pleasant stay, But unfortunately, that is not what we experienced.
