The open-plan living area features a wood heater and reverse cycle air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while two additional queen-sized rooms provide ample space for relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, a full-size bath, and a walk-in shower, making this ideal for short or long-term stays. Step outside to your private outdoor space or the front balcony with river views and the sparkling city lights of Launceston at night.
