「Property owner, claims VRBO booked property without his knowledge. So it ended up being double booked. He made us pay 500 additional to stay. Although he did allow us to stay an additional night. Its the principal. The kitchen was full of ants. He had someone come and put ant traps down but that still didn't help. Non of the beds had sheets on them. I have never rented a house that doesn't have clean linen on the beds when you get there. Definitely do not recommend. 」

「Location was really good. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Can get to the beach on foot, though it was quite hot when visiting and still a bit of a walk, so we opted to drive most days. Checking in and out was simple. House was a nice set up with lots of space but it’s starting to show some wear from lots of renters. Nothing major though. We did have an issue with the WiFi not working for the first 1/3 of our stay but host was very responsive and able to get a technician out. Was...

「The house is very nice, great outdoor space, kayaks, life jackets, kitchen equipment, games, comfy beds, and in a convenient location. We appreciated everything about it except that the listing does it mention YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS. This was noted in the check-in instructions, but we were in the midst of a multi-stop road trip and didn't find this out until we had already left home. I recommend you update the listing.」

「PROPERTY IS WELL MAINTAINED; First class furniture and accents, appliances are first rate, we really enjoyed our stay, this was the first time we were able to take a full week of vacation, and we were ab le to relax and enjoy the experience. I didn't see all of the house since my wife and I had the bedroom on the first floor but it was a great house for our small group of 4 that according to the listing could accomadate 14.
