「Spent the weekend doing work prepping my parent's home for sale, which was in the same neighborhood and very convenient.Larry was easy to reach and communicative, and the space is very welcoming with snacks and drinks. He even had some extra food he happened to cook that week that I was able to use for breakfast.He is out of the way and allows you to relax on your own, but is very reachable as needed and friendly and helpful when you encounter him.」

「The property is goregous and the location cannot be beat! Tons of amazing restaurants and shopping available day and night. Street parking was easy right outside the property and there is a garage right across the street for extended parking. Check in was so easy and the property manager was super responsive! 「Enjoyed our stay immensely! You arrive at what appears to be a regular townhouse community. Once you get near the back you see Larry's one story condo with a pretty yellow door. 「The location was perfect. There is a convenience store that sells fast food & a food court across the street. Breakfast place really close. The place was clean. It is over a restaurant so its loud till about 1am on weekends but it didn't really bother us. 」
