“Nous avons passé 3 jours à Laval, en famille. Le logement, proche du centre ville est situé dans un quartier calme, dans une rue où le stationnement ne pose aucun problème. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et bienveillants.”

“Très bien accueillis, propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Le studio est agréable, nous recherchions calme et nature, c'était parfait. La literie est confortable. Il faut un peu d'organisation pour les coins repas/cuisine. Bémol sur l'électricité qu'il faut couper au disjoncteur sur un différentiel pour ne pas avoir le ronronnement de la VMC, ce qui coupe l'électricité du studio, plus de lumière ni télé. Autre petit bémol, mais je suis très maniaque, la vaisselle demanderait à être……

“Bonjour, il s'agit d'un bien géré par 1 conciergerie. Le logement est suffisant pour 2 personnes. Problème d'odeur (manque d'aération) ménage pas bien fait (étagères crasseuses, poêle moisie, canapé malodorant,...). Il faudrait ajouter 1 poubelle de sde, 1 paillasson à l'entrée, quelques torchons en + (1 torchon pour 6 jours, ce n'est assez!), des oreillers de meilleure qualité, 1 ou 2 lampes de chevet. Sinon, literie OK, salle de bain nickel et environnement urbain avec 1 circulation modérée le……

“The property is in a great location and parking at train station was easy and good value. The apartment had a terrible smell that didnt go after a week and with windows being opened. Toilet seat was loose, my husband fixed it free of charge! Plug in sink faulty, fortunately I carry my own. Bed and pillows not very comfortable. We missed the personal welcome that VRBO was known for. Probably the worse VRBO property we have stayed in but Vitre is limited and we appreciated the small village and……
